1 lb. 80/20 Ground Beef

1 bag Slider Buns

6 American Cheese Slices

3 Small Vine Tomatoes

1 Egg, lightly beaten

6 Bread and Butter Pickle Chips

1 Shallot, thinly sliced

Vegetable/Canola Oil, for frying

1 1/2 tbsp. Fresh Basil, finely chopped

1/2 tsp. Mexican Chili Powder

1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Salt

Pepper

1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

Directions:

Quick Fried Shallots

Add enough oil to a skillet to just cover the bottom. Heat oil on medium-high heat. When hot, drop sliced shallots in the oil for about 30 seconds. Remove immediately and set aside.

Burgers

In a bowl, mix the egg, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form 6 slider size patties from the meat mixture, about 1/2" thick. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on the first side. Flip the slider over, add a slice of cheese to each one and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until desired temperature.

Build burger with desired condiments, pickle, and top with fried shallots.
