Perfectly Poached Eggs

Your full-proof method for making the perfect poached eggs. Just a few ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry and you'll be topping your eggs benedict with these fluffy pillows of goodness.

Recipe

Ingredients:

Water

1 tbsp. White Wine Vinegar

Salt

Pepper

Paprika

Directions: In a non-stick pan, bring 1 1/2 inches of water and a tbsp. of white wine vinegar to 190 degrees. Remove bubbles from the bottom of the pan using a slotted spoon. One at a time, gently place the eggs in the simmering water. Cook for exactly 5 minutes and with a slotted spoon transfer to a paper towel to drain. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
